Bio
Coach Howard was a four-year varsity athlete and three-year captain as a midfielder at Freedom High School in Woodbridge. He began his college career at Greensboro College, where he was a 2-sport athlete, playing on both the football and lacrosse teams respectively. During his Junior year, he transferred to St. John’s University in Queens, NY, focusing solely on lacrosse as a defensive midfielder and earning a Big East All-Academic award as a senior. While at Greensboro, he contributed to the Triad Youth Lacrosse Organization as a coach and worked at various Pro Lacrosse Camps during the summers in Virginia. After graduating, he returned to his alma mater, Freedom High School, to lead the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Program. For the past nine years, he has served as the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Coach Howard hopes to bring his knowledge and expertise to the St. James programs in an effort to help develop and cultivate future student-athletes in lacrosse.
